- 媒体研究机构Nielsen向维基媒体基金会发出了DMCA（数字千年版权法）删除通知，导致300个以上的页面被删除。

CC可以单向兼容GFDL了？NO!
从维基百科上的讨论看到，CC3.0版本中的cc-by-sa协议似乎已经可以单向兼容GFDL协议了。cc-by-sa3.0的国际版本中说：
Share Alike. If you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same, similar or a compatible license.
再看台湾的3.0本地化版本 （中国大陆还未完成3.0的本地化工作）：
相同方式分享. 若您改變、轉變或改作本著作，僅在採用與本著作相同、相似或相容的授權條款下，您始得散布由本著作而生的衍生著作。
但是如果检查cc-by-sa-3.0的详细法律文本，可以看到：
在1.c条款处：“"Creative Commons Compatible License" means a license that is listed at http://creativecommons.org/compatiblelicenses that has been approved by Creative Commons as being essentially equivalent to this License....”
而在http://creativecommons.org/compatiblelicenses ：
Please note that to date, Creative Commons has not approved any licenses for compatibility; however, we are hopeful that we may be able to do so in the future. If you would like to discuss the possible compatibility of your license with a Creative Commons license.
这就是说，目前还没有获得承认的可以兼容的许可协议。3.0的这个条款应该是为未来与其他版权协议兼容做的预留。看来cc与GFDL的兼容，哪怕只是单向的，都还需要时日。
